The Story…

The property located behind the house at 7532 West KL Avenue was used as a chicken farm.  The chicken coops are still on the property and loom over the entrance to our parking area.  The rumors started quite some time ago about a butcher that was kidnapping students from the local college campuses and was keeping them in the chicken coops inside the long buildings. No one dared venture on to the property to actually confirm any of the rumors, but legend is that you can still hear the screams coming from inside the buildings if you listen closely and the dogs are not howling from the property nearby!  There is no way to tell what happened in the even more isolated and terrifying forest located at the far end of the property…or what may still be happening. 

The Chicken Coops Had to Be Moved…

Legend has it that the chicken coops that housed the kidnapped students were too close to KL Avenue as traffic began to increase and became increasingly industrial.  The rumors are that the chicken coops were moved to the back of the property where no one would hear the screams of the terrified students awaiting their fate…no one knows if they are still there!  Come and find out for yourself if you dare.

What Happened To The Butcher?

The property has since been purchased and sold several times. However, the legend is that the butcher on KL never relinquished his student prizes and kept them on the property somewhere…could it be in the forest?  Is the butcher still living on the property, hidden from view in an isolated forest? Only YOU can determine if the rumors are true!
